Return Policy

Returns are only applicable if:

•  You receive a wrong product
• The product with incorrect specifications was given
• The product is determined faulty after assessment 

Otherwise, Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. 
Returns are valid within 14 days of the order's shipped date.

TO MAKE A RETURN:

• Fill in the "Return Form" 
• Further instructions for the return will be provided after you have submitted the form.

Note:
1. For your return to be valid, it has to be mailed within the 14 days deadline. 
2. Goods must be unused and in the original condition.
3. All original parts and accessories must be included.
4. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Please pack the return item(s) securely. You may re-use the original packaging.
6. You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase) subject to approval.
7. Returns are processed within 3 working days after we receive them.
